I have a Solo Deal rotating at all times with special pricing so you just need to go to Solo Deals tab and scroll to find it.  

Affiliate products such as software will not convert well with my solo ad email traffic.  Ensure your landing page is a capture page and not a sales page.

Your sales will come from how well you market to your leads. Build your list of leads first.  The fortune is in the follow up.  Be creative, build relationships and make the sale that way.  If you are the same as everyone else it won't convert and probably won't even get delivered into the inbox.
